You will then hear a confirmation beep. Hang up and the on-call Maintenance person will return your call. If they do not respond shortly, please do the above again.
Please remember you can stop by the office at your convenience and pick up an air filter - they should be changed about once a month.

WE LOVE OUR PETS........
but not the mess they make!
We now have our "Doggie-Pots" installed throughout the community. ALL PETS MUST BE WALKED ON A LEASH AND THEIR WASTE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY! Please make sure to clean up after your pet by using the bags and trash can provided at the Doggie-Pot stands.
Please inform us if the doggie pot station is running over or running low.
Thank you for you continued cooperation in regards to this matter!
Don't forget to keep your pet on a leash at all times!
Also, please remember to call the leasing office to set up extermination services if you have any unwanted guests (Of six and eight legs variety please). Action Pest comes every Wednesday.
